While eating, people face the year\u2019s lucky direction (which changes every year) and finish the entire roll in one go without speaking. It is believed that doing so will bring good fortune throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Demons out, good fortune in!<\/strong><br>\u201cOni wa soto!
