On January 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Academic Resources and Information Technology Center (ARIT), Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University (NSTRU), held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony on “Collaboration for Enhancing English Teaching Competencies Based on the CEFR Framework and Developing Digital Competencies of Teachers and Learners.”
The ceremony took place at Nilpayak Conference Room, Office of the President, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Sompong Raksatham, Acting President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.
The schools participating in the MOU signing were:

• Wat Thaokhot Municipal School
• Bannakhao Wat School
• Ban Chang School
• Ban Fang Pring School
This MOU represents a shared commitment to enhancing English teachers’ instructional competencies in alignment with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), alongside the development of digital competencies for both teachers and learners, in order to support effective teaching and learning in the 21st century.
