The university was honored to welcome Prof. Chaphiporn Kiattikhachatharn, Director of the Thai Education and Cultural Exchange Center, as the keynote speaker.

Prof. Chaphiporn delivered two key lectures:

  1. “Strategies for Implementing MOUs” — focusing on the principles and mechanisms of academic collaboration with foreign institutions.
  2. “Establishment of the Chinese Studies Center and Bilingual Programs” — providing guidance on the development of joint academic initiatives and international curricula.

Participants included administrators, lecturers, and staff members who play key roles in implementing the MOU between NSTRU and Chengdu University, People’s Republic of China. The program aims to strengthen academic exchange and collaboration among students, faculty, and researchers, ensuring that the MOU implementation achieves its objectives in alignment with the university’s mission.

This initiative represents a concrete step toward internationalizing the university, expanding global academic partnerships, and maximizing the benefits for NSTRU’s faculty, students, and personnel in the long term.
